Ok, so I readily admit it...I'm a Twilighter! My mom sent me the first book, I finished it the night I received it, went online right after to order the rest off of Amazon but then couldn't wait for them to ship and so I drove to the bookstore to buy them again the next day! I had the whole series read in a single weekend! So here it is, the opening day of the second movie of the series...and I have tickets to the 1pm show! I know I'm going to have to deal with loads of screaming teenagers (I'm 30) and I HATE seeing movies opening weekend because of crowds, but I can't help myself. Even knowing the first movie wasn't that good and I doubt this one will be either. Pathetic? Absolutely! But there it is. Wish me luck that I don't lose my sanity any further throughout the afternoon!
Good luck. I've read all the books, but they didn't get to me like they apparently did others. I was just glad to finally make it through the series (only did it because my 30 year old niece made me!) I don't have any desire to see the movies.

DITTO Teresa. But so many love them, including my daughter in law.

Have a great time Jenny, and know you are in big company. Enjoy and let us know what you think okay?
I admit.. The books did get to me aswell. (therefore naming my cat edward) This was quite a while ago now though and I've becoming interested in other things and other books so im not really involved in the hype anymore. I didnt like the first movie, but would still like to see the second one sometime.
Yeah, I really didn't like the first movie either, but I have to say that the second was MUCH better. It actually flowed really well, the actors were able to act so much better than in the first, and the special effects are pretty good! I definitely recommend waiting for it to come out on dvd, or at least until some of the theater hype dies down, if you're going to see it. I had to deal with a theater full of screaming girls every time edward or jacob came on the screen!
lol u can understand the screaming when u see jacob without a shirt on. oh its just soo delicious!!!!
i love twilight.
i believe though the books are better they miss out on alot in the movie.
LOL I can't stand the movie, the books are okay but I've just got one thing to say: GO HARRY POTTER!!!!!!!

Haha no, all power to ya! I know a fair few Twilighters myself, they're everywhere! Smile Hoped you enjoyed it and it was better than the first!

Has anyone seen 'My Sister's Keeper'? It only just came out in New Zealand a couple of weeks ago I think (we move pretty slow around here). That's a great movie!
I'm definitely with you on the "Go Harry Potter"!! I loved the books (hated to see the series end) and can't wait for the rest of the movies.
OMG!! I just saw the movie last night (1st time out since the baby was born, yay!) and I have to say that 1) I caught on to Jacob's whole.. thing.. about 5 mins before it showed up, and 2) My eyes started bugging out when Jacob took his shirt off lolololol

The only thing that's bad about the movie is the fact that Jacob looks nearly identical to my brother, so it was really REALLY weird that I thought Jacob was sssssssssssssssssmokin' hot lol
I think im going to have to see this movie to see Jacob. hahahaha Tongue I've been planning to see it, but i think i might be really busy still.

I havent seen 'my sisters keeper' but i have read the book. Apparently the movie has a different end though. I'll have to see that when it comes out on dvd.
