Nice to see pics of your lovely girls, T. Mistral and Freddie behave in exactly the same way! They can be sat washing each other but by the time I've got the camera out, they're having a stand up fight!! At least your girls stayed friends long enough for you to get a pic!!

I have a Panasonic DMC-FZ8 - an older model -- they have newer models out of it. One day I hope for an SLR!!
I'm thinking I need a different camera for Cat pictures. I cannot capture the blue of these eyes to save my life. I must have snapped 2 dozen shots the other night and none of them show Bubba's blue eyes.
Actually, the only way I kept him there at all was to bribe him with tuna flakes. My Bubba shots are all motion pictures.

You really need lots of good natural light to get pics that really show them off. Open all your windows coverings and let in the light, then have them face the window for you to get their pic.

I second that. Thats the only way I get good pics of my boys, during the day when the sun is shining bright!

Thanks Teresa, Come to think of it, I'm usually shooting them at night. I'll try daytime with the windows open.
