I went to the pet store and purchased a star chaser last night. The boys love it!!! I kept thinking I wanted to purchase one of these but thought the $18 was a little steep. I am glad I did they just play and play. As I was checking out there was a new Cat Fancy magazine on the rack and what is on the front cover? A Ragdoll!!! YEAH!!!! My favorite breed!!! Some really stunning pictures but article is short and of course never enough pictures.
I saw the magazine yesterday at PetSmart and thumbed through it. You're right, the article was short, and they only seemed to show blue bi-colors - which I love, but there are other pretty ragdolls too!!
Yeah my breeder had told me that Dec was going to be Ragdoll month for Cat Fancy I think it was.
Hey we have the star chaser and have 2. I got one for about the same amount. I got the other kind non star and got one of the replacement balls as they were on clearance for 2.00 and the other on sale for 9.00. SO I got it for 11.00 and it works the same. Hey I pinch pennies when James says I must but for my babies there is no pinching pennies much. I tell him they are our children and he would not let our children go without. Hey, it works..So what is in store for them next? A new cat tree as they need something a tad bigger and one we got cheap(not the ones from ebay) is falling to pieces. I guess with 4 cats using them one has to eventually die, toy that is.

Well, there was a Tortie and a Red or Cream in the photo's but you are right no seals and I think all were bicolor no mitted or colorpoint. And the article basically stated everything we as Ragdoll owners already know. I feel like I wasted my money but maybe when I get time I will find other interesting articles.

Ooooh I love that you got this for $11.00, I never thought about doing it that way! I still love the Great Lakes Cat Trees. They are pricey but seem to hold up really well.
The one that we have to replace was a Meijer special that goes to the ceiling. My other ones are good just wish the platforms were a tad larger. Thanks my friend I may look them up too.
Soo lucky that you have Cat Fancy magazines on sale over in USA... Over here, we don't have similar cat magazines..
