Coco is 5 months old some and has been having some wet food, but this doesn't seem to agree with her. She has had a really upset stomach and foul smelling runny poos, she has been getting into a right old mess! So I thought I would get her some wipes to help her clean up. I couldn't believe how much they cost £5.99 for 100 Tushie Wipes!! Does any one know if it would be ok to use ordinary baby wipes as these are alot cheaper?
Also, should I bath her? Have I left it too late to start (5 months old). How often should she be bathed?
We have used the unscented baby wipes and it has worked out fine.
I found washing the rear end with warm water and a tiny drop of puppy shampoo was the easiest way, the wipes just seem to spread it round! Also, if it happens often as it can when they are small, trimming the hair in that area helps a lot.
Thanks for all your comments, I will try everything. x
When I was having this problem with Bella I tried cleaning with a regular wash cloth and warm water.
I also put the kittie wipe in the microwave to warm it up and that seem to help it clean better.

You are welcome! That is why a forum like this is so great! We can share all of our ideas, experiences and situations and learn from each other. Thankfully Bella has settled into not having any poo problems so there hasn't been any need for 'back end' cleanings' from me! Yea!
