Hello guys ^^ I've been lurking for a little while, trying to absorb as much info as possible about this wonderful breed of cat.
Two months ago I lost my kitty soul mate to the terrible disease that is CRF. He fought it bravely for 5 months. He was 6 years old.
A few weeks ago I looked up breeds of cats that have a lovely temperament. I have a second moggy, Evie, she's a snooty little thing! lovely though in her own way. I had such a hole left in my life when my soul mate kitty left me, I wanted to feel special to a kitty again. Raggie personalities looked wonderful. We soon found a breeder that had kittens almost ready to go to new homes. It all fell into place so fast, like it was fate.
We got our little boy ragdoll home on Saturday and he's just wonderful. He's called Phoenix, though we affectionately call him Nixie. I am so thankful he's adopted me. I no longer feel like a ghost. He just lovely! Very thankful he came along when he did!
Looking forward to getting to know you all! I'm a bit of a deer in the headlights right now! and still learning (eagerly!) about this lovely little kitten!
This is little Nixie!
