Ragdoll Cat Forums

Hello.
My name is Anna,and I just joined the forum this evening.
I'm new to the world of ragdolls,I just got my first one about six months ago,after my other cat died.
My ragdoll is named Earth Angel's Halifax,and he will be two in December.I think his colour is called red tipped in English(I'm Swedish).I've included some photos for you to see.

Here in the States I think we call his color a Flame point and the pattern is a lynx.
Ahhh! but I,m no pro at this,,, someone will come along and correct me and help you out

Probably not lynx. Reds show ghost banding more than other point colors and you are probably just seeing the ghost tabby stripes rather than lynx stripes. A lynx would have the white ear and eye liner.

Yay, another red point boy! (I think that TICA calls it red point, CFA calls it flame point, and I don't know about other associations). Halifax is such a handsome little guy! My Oliver is a flame point bicolor, and I have a soft spot in my heart for red/flame point ragdolls

So would that make him a Flame point or(red point) ,Tabby Jan?
