Gussie turns 1 tomorrow, October 20th. Our once angelic, adorable angel has entered her teenage years in the last few days, climbing new high shelves, trying to get in the toilet, and causing havoc with the fabric. She still loves to cuddle all the time, smushing her head next to me, looking up with innocent eyes. I would do anything for her. I can't believe how quickly the time has flown, and how we ever lived without her. I love all our animals, but she is extra special. On the day we first visited her and she looked me right in the eye, I knew we were meant for each other. I don't have to tell any of you how besotted we are with her. I could carry her around all day. Just a few photos of her helping me create!

Happy birthday, Gussie! As everyone else has said, you are a beautiful girl.

Whoops! Some mom I am. Gussie's breeder just let me know G. will not turn 1 until Thursday, the 22nd! Guess we'll have to celebrate all over again.
