With limited slots, why not have two polls - color and "pattern"

The first for color:
seal
blue
chocolate
lilac
flame
cream
seal tortie
blue tortie (blue/cream)
chocolate tortie
lilac tortie

And the second for "pattern":
colorpoint
mitted
bicolor
van
colorpoint lynx
mitted lynx
bicolor lynx
van lynx

That way you do not have the potential of confusing people about how the colors and patterns work.
I love all of the colors and patterns, but there's something about flamepoints and creampoints (whatever the pattern) that I especially love... maybe because my family's cat when I was a baby/toddler/pre-schooler, Muenster (as in the cheese), was a big beige-orange tabby. Who knows. But i think they're all gorgeous and I keep changing my mind on what my 2nd favorite is. (and of course i love blue bicolors (like my Winston!)

I adore Cello's 'splash' on his back! Is there a correct term for this? I haven't seen it in a real live cat, and only in a few photos.

Here's a picture of my favourite Ragdoll in the world. I was already quite a fan of red Raggies beforehand but am now a complete convert! If only I could get to Europe and meet him in person. Wink

My favourites are the blue mitted and points. I will add a photo of my beautiful blue point Jake later Smile
i love seals. it is my firm belief that unless they are twins no two seal look alike.
thats what i love the different markings.
i love just how dark they are.

i have a seal mitted with a blaze (many ppl call him a bicolour) and im about to get a seal point.

Gypsie (My grandma's seal point, now julie and Gypsy are half sisters but look nothing alike, you see my point on no two seals look alike, so therefore in my opion though it may be 'common' it is by no means boring)

Has to be the seal mitted for me! But the seal bicolors come in a very close second. If I get another, that would definitely be my choice.
Monkey when we first got him (I'll have to take some more recent pics and post them soon, he gets bigger by the day!)
