Greetings. My wife and I are full time care givers to our Raggies, Cavalier King Charles Spaniels and various exotic birds in the beautiful Bay of Plenty in New Zealand. We have been breeding our Raggies for 5 years now and have found the hardest part of it is letting them go to their new homes.

For anyone interested they are all shown on our web site, http://www.aurorapetz.co.nz.

With so many different fora on this site we will be some time getting through them all but we do look forward to participating when we feel that we have something to contribute.

Kind regards,
Mike
Welcome, Mike! I'm sure you'll have lots to contribute to the forum.

Hi.

Thanks for the welcome. Saffy is a lovely girl. We hope that she is doing well in her new home.

Mike, why don't you link to a picture of Saffy. I'm sure everybody would love to see her. I think she's absolutely beautiful!

Hi Jane,
Is there some way that photos can be inserted in to the body of the text here? Maybe someone can tell me?

If not, Saffy is a tortie with a half and half face, half seal and half red. She is on our website on the Ragdoll Breeder Gallery page.

Cheers,
Mike
I have a photo I took of her in early 2008 with her kittens. But I don't suppose I could post it without her owner's permission. Or would you, being her breeder, be enough permission to post the photo?

Also to post photos I use http://www.lunapic.com to resize them if need be, then resave the photo (by right clicking etc). Then I put the photo on http://www.tinypic.com and it gives you all the codes, copy and paste the forum one into here and voila you've posted a photo! Big Grin
Very easy compared to photobucket IMO.
You can link to the photo which is already on your own website, Mike. Right click on the photo and select View Image (or equivalent). The photo will come up on it's own page. Copy the URL.

Paste the URL in your post here with this syntax: This embeds it in the text area.

Or otherwise like blueragdoll said, load another picture up to a hosting website and do a similar thing.

I hadn't thought of 'permission'! LOL I just thought people would be interested in her fantastic colours.
Hi Mike and welcome to the forum.
