One or two of you may have noticed that whilst Teresa has been visiting me, I have been absent from the forum. We have truly had the most wonderful time, but somehow, my feet have not touched the ground and between T’s visit and trying to keep an eye on my “day job”, I have not been near my computer for some 2 weeks.
I have been vaguely aware that T has been posting updates of our visit, with the odd comment from her, over breakfast of “Gaby posted back on my Paris pictures, Anita posted something funny in response to my post” etc etc. I guess my concern didn’t really kick in until late last week, when T.casually dropped into the conversation that she had airbrushed, herself slimmer in one picture that had “caught her wrong”………my attention was immediately called into sharp focus when I said, “tell me; you’ve not made me fatter?”………and she refused to give me a straight answer!!!!.........I guess by default, if she has made herself look slimmer , I will of course look even bigger………………..so for those of you, who don’t know me…….I am actually a perfect size 10…………….and for those that do…………….you now know that I am a complete liar!!!!
It is true to say that ever since T posted the picture of my backside when I was staying with her;, she has shown, absolutely no regard for my dignity, shoving a camera in my face at every embarrassing opportunity, when I am just waking up, before I have combed my hair in the mornings, let alone got a scrap of makeup on, if I dropped my dinner down me, T. was there………………..I can only imagine what I am going to find, when I troll through her postings and so feel compelled to apologise to any of you that may have been offended by the sight of me; most especially if you were eating at the time that you were reading!!!
I figured that my safest time to post; ie when T had no right of reply, was once she was airbourne/homeward bound yesterday evening. I dashed home to park myself in front of my PC for the evening; only to find it fused!!!.......hmmm did T overwork it, or was it sabotage???
Anyway; I digress, my original point was; if I have had no time to even check the forum over these past two weeks, how on earth has T managed to update it so diligently with the record of our trip??.....................and then I tried to eat breakfast with her at a “little Chef” (our motorway service/quick stop chain)……………The photo below, tells you all you need to know and as you will see, I had to make my own conversation over breakfast………….thank goodness the waitress was friendly…………….
