Yesterday I went to see Tiesto (a Dutch DJ) in concert.
My first concert ever.
For this we traveled two hours (three trains and a bus), then stood in line for close to an hour, only to find out we were in the VIP line up.
So we joined another line and lined up for another hour.
Once inside we lined up to be searched and lined up again to go to the bathroom.
The concert was totally wort it though. The music was great and everybody danced their .... off.
Around 2:00 a.m. we left, only to find out that public transportation was no longer running. So we had to come home by cab ($60 thank you very much).
Today everything about me hurts. My feet hurt, my ankles hurt, my knees are very upset with me, so are my hips and back.
Now I know why people my age don't go to concerts anymore. LOL
