Shoko is 7.5 months now and a giant floofball! He's already the size of a normal adult cat and I can only wonder how much bigger he will get. He pretends to be one cool cat during the day, kind of aloof and only talks to me when I'm about to feed him, but I know he loves me. He will sleep at the top of the stairs outside my door but sneaks in during the middle of the night to nestle in between my feet but be gone by the time I wake up the next morning. Once he knows I'm awake though, he'll come run up the stairs to come find me and is one affectionate baby with a rumbly purr and ask for lots of belly rubs until he realizes he's making a fool out of himself that is. Then back to being Mr. Floofy Cool Cat.

Cool cats don't look at the camera. We gotta look like we have something more important on our mind by looking off into the distance.


The more important thing being I need a belly rub. Come on, look at this tummy!

Achilles is 5 months old now and a little player. He seduces everybody with his instant purr and personal greeting. His fur is so soft and sleek (seems to be growing much more slowly than Shoko's although I don't know if it's cuz he hasn't been neutered yet?) that you can't help but want to pet him 24/7. He loves to help out a little too enthusiastically with every single chore and task that you're currently doing-- only if your boyfriend was like that. He loves to bother you while you eat, sitting underneath the table on the chair next to you, by patting you with his paws. He keeps you warm by snuggling next to you while you sleep and makes you feel content with the blissful look on his face. You fall in love with him, but then he breaks your heart by disappearing the next night to go sleep with someone else. What a Mr. Sleek Player.
