Congratulations Debbie, I am glad all went well.
Thanks everyone for the well wishes!! Big Grin I'm also VERY relieved it was an uncomplicated delivery, and glad it was a relatively small litter for my first. Just keeping my fingers crossed that all continues to go well. Smile

JanH Wrote:Glad you started off with an easy one. Enjoy them; it will be fun. (Colorpoint is a pattern in Ragdolls and that use can be confusing. Ragdolls are pointed, so that part usually goes without saying - or just use "point." ; ) )

Thanks for the tip on "colorpoint." I got so excited, I think I overdid it a smidge, LOL. You're right, all the kittens will be blue mitted with the possibility of lynx (since he's a blue colorpoint, and she's a high mitted bi-color, and not a true bi-color.) Wink

It will also be really nice to just enjoy this one litter of kittens (my other girl isn't bred.) I think it will be really hard to send them off to their new homes though! Sad I'm really looking forward to the whole experience, even if the placing them in homes is hard. Wink

Here's a quick pic of mom and babies. Big Grin

Awww, how sweet!!
how priceless !
Thanks so much!! Big Grin
Lovely photos - Mom looks so content with her trio. Smile
It is a difficult day when they leave, but the happiness of the new families and the reality that if you keep them it means no more litters make it easier than it might seem.

Excellent points. Smile Remind me again when the day comes they have to go to their new homes. Wink
Do not wait for that day. Treat each day as part of the process to give them the best start you can, focused on having happy and healthy kittens ready to go to their new homes. Then their leaving is just the natural next task in that process.
wow, that is just amazingly beautiful...
congratulations
