I just got my 1st ragdoll baby TODAY. Oh my she is 8 weeks old and the sweetest thing. I am just thrilled to death. I will post pics as soon as I get some. Thanks for listening to me.

Have to say 8 weeks seems a little young to leave the mother! In the UK a pedigree kitten from a registered breeder should not go to its new home until it is 13 weeks old.
I'm not sure where cajunrag is from, but if Austrailia, they don't have the same age limits that the US and UK have I don't believe.
The consensus age in Australia is also 12 weeks. (I would expect a Cajun to be in LA/USA. ; ) )
I got mine at 10 weeks and he is the most perfect feller in the whole world to me. He is so mild and the one I got at 12 weeks is more active. I think it all comes down to the personality tho.
Just love the kitten and know it is for a lifetime.
