SOOOOOOOOOOO .. I need some advice on what I should buy !!

Seeing as I am no longer going to QLD because my girlfriend couldnt get time off work .. I have alot of extra money to play with .. because I saved for the flights, hotel, and a cattery to babysit Humphrey and Missy ..
So I have about .. $2000AUD to play with haha

I have a spare room in my house, because I live by myself .. so I hardly ever use the spare room, at the moment its got a Cat Pole and feeding trays and litter trays .. and balllls everywhere *sighs*

SOOOOOOO I was thinking .. my babies love going in there so I wanted to set it up as a "play room" hahaha but not to sure what I should get to make sure its heaps of fun for the furrbabies !!

I was thinking more Cat Poles, some "mind" stimulating toys .. and heaps of balls, tunnels, dangling things .. but really not too sure how to set everything up ..

Sooooo was wondering if anyone has some ideas?? the room is pretty big .. but what sort of things should I buy .. how many cat poles do you think Missy and Humphrey would need .. should i go for a certain colour ?? HMMMMM .. decisions decisions ..

And maybe .. just maybe .. I will buy another Ragdoll or Maine CoonTongue hahahaha Ive been talking to my landlord .. and his pretty impressed with how clean I’ve kept the house, especially because I have 2 long haired cats that SHED hair everywhere and he cant seem to find any of it (little does he know I vacuum every second day) .. soooooooooooooo if I have enough left over after building the “empire” I may may may .. buy a new kitty Tongue
What about a Funky Empire.. I would loveee one of those.. http://www.funkycat.com.au
As for the new kitty, I say go for it!! But my votes with the Raggie.. im not to fond of the Maine Coons although gorgeous i prefer the more pretty and not so manley raggies Smile

Keep us updated!
Those are so awesome Cloe - I want one for myself hahaha
Yeah I was tossing up between a Ragdoll and a Maine Coon .. theirs a breeder in Melbourne who breeds both .. so I think if I decide on another cat I'll go past there and check them out ..

I just like the look of Maine Coons - they look like "fantasy" sort of cats .. something out of Narnia haha
I do love the black Maine Coon, Chestnut Hill have but I have heard they are really rare.
The biggest breeder of Maine Coon in the world is in Melbourne (Coonhaven Maine Coons. Dont know if you have heard of Vicki?) and we have some Coonhaven Coons shown here in Adelaide.

Those cat trees are fantastic and I hope to get one at the end of the year.. my mum thinks its a waste of money because we already have a big cat pole but these are a lot more sturdy and wont wobble when the cats jump crazily on to it and from all the photos Ive seen of them, the cats think they are amazing! Pity they are so expensive... but you get what you pay for I suppose.
I've been trying to find one of those tree things for ages!! I saw that bridget had one on girls of the playboy mansion. hahahaha.

Think i'm going to have to save my monies though Tongue What do you reackon... mega tree or the large one?

I was looking at the hollows (actually havent seen anyone with a tree LOL the hollows are what I call the trees) but with the actual trees I think a large one is plenty big enough! Im hoping to get the tall small hollow, but that means I still have to save up another $235. Thats why Im thinking around Christmas time I will have enough money because my birthday is in Decemeber too Smile

ETA: Changed my mind already lol. 90cm is way not tall enough, I want a medium hollow but that means more to save up Sad
ohh wait - i think i was looking at the hollows too. The ones where the cat can hide inSmile the tree ones are nice too but they dont look as stable and fun.

How hard do you reckon they would be to make... although sometimes making things are just too much effort and you'd rather pay millions for something Tongue
What about this cutie for a friend for Humphrey

This smoochy boy needs a home and everyones going for the girls because they are 'cleaner', who are they kidding!? Theres not difference when they are desexed. This yummy boy is 5 months old, desexed, vaccinated, microchipped and negative for PKD, HCM, MPSM. For more info http://www.furrballzragdolls.com

Well lets just say the Medium Hollows weigh around 80-90kg from what Ive heard.. so making them that solid I thought would be hard and Id rather just buy one. There was one for raffle (The smallest one which is around $250) at a show a few months back for only $5 a ticket, how I wish i could of won it but I didnt.
OMG Cloe his stunning .. I am going to check out the site now !! hehe
Thanks again !!

I was wondering about the Cat Hollows .. they are a bit on the expensive side *sighs*

EDIT: What you mean females are cleaner? How does that work? :| Cant believe people are using that as an excuse not to buy him .. I am really considering him, going to check with the boyfriend and confirm with the landlord that it will be ok seeing as my house is SPOTLESS with Humphrey && Missy already in it !!
