Here's a larger image, didn't know if this board would take the larger pics. You can see them much better, it's hard to describe them, a bit like shattered glass.

Dusy's eyes are lovely, they look much like Eddies that are totally different to Montys

As a side line ,,, do Dustys eyes shake a little from time to time Jan?

I haven't noticed Nic.
You may recall she had terrible problems with her eyes when I got her (conjunctivitis) and then a bad reaction to the treatment and I don't know if it is a result of this but I do suspect she may have light sensitivity. In the Dusty thread you can see that most of the time her eyes are like tiny slits hence the difficulty in getting a good eye colour photo. A few have asked why her eyes are red, this is due to the unusual colour, they appear red rimmed (they're not actually, just appear that way), I suppose much like an albino's blue eyes appear red. She also misses the dangly toys most of the time as if she's slow to react, I suspect her sight is affected hence her cautionary movements and she never runs around, she's very lady like and quite sedate for a 13 month old. Her mad moments are usually confined to trying to kill the scratch posts lol. A huge difference from Sassy leaping 4 ft into the air to catch a fly, which she did actually catch on more than one occasion, bless her. I try and keep the sun out of the house by closing the curtains and only use table lamps at night, the run also only gets full sun for a couple of hours first thing in the morning in the summer and none in the winter to hopefully make things easier for her. I've also stopped using the flash on the camera when I take her pic. She's a very special little girl who was born into a bad situation. She's so 'gentle' when she does manage to get out into the garden, a tortoise would be able to catch her lol.
