Here's Madisyn "Maddy" at 46 days old. I can't imagine how much she has changed since then. Just think, in 5 hours she'll be in our arms. WE CANT WAIT! I'll post again after we return. Of course, sometime today I'll be posting all the "brag" pictures....Smile

We are so thankful to be adding 4 more feet to our home.....fur feet that is.

Have a safe trip... and of course we can't wait to see pictures of Tippy and the new furkid Maddy
What a cutie and have a safe trip. Prayers go with you and surround your transporation with angels. Will be looking to see pictures real soon.
I found out one thing...I give breeders credit for getting the pictures as I have to stalk them to maybe get one picture suitable. Wonder does it get easier.

Talk later
Oh she looks so cheeky.... no wonder you are so excited about getting her.
Well, we just got home. The only stress of the trip was we lost our cell phone......go figure. We went to use it to call the breeder and no phone. We only made one stop on the way to the airport and I hope that's where it may be.

All we can say is, we're in heaven. I quickly put her in our room without Tippy seeing her. Tip knows somethings amiss, crying at the door like hey let me in. So, reluctantly we allowed her in the room while Maddy is in the carrier. Maddy immediately knows she has a fur friend on the outside and Tip is like, wow, what's in there. Tip is lovingly head butting the carrier. No growling, no hissing, total peace between the two. I decided that was long enough and took Tip from the room.

Now daddy is in the room loving up Maddy. I may need to take her a towel as I'm sure dad has drooled all over her by now.........so, no pics yet, but I hope to get some up tonight. Aside from that cute white chin, she looks completely different than the picture. I also expected her to be larger, she seems pretty small.

Do you all think I should wait the 2 weeks before allowing them to come into contact with each other outside the carrier considering this favorable first sniffing? Tip has always been very friendly toward anything we brought in. I of course wouldn't leave them unwatched together at any time. Should I give it a couple days? or go the two weeks?

Ok, off to nuzzle the kid....be back in a bit.
