Well, as you can imagine, is has been a busy time! Who knew a baby can be so much work! My daughter is 11 and has been a big help. She helps to care for him a lot! As I speak, Jasper is investigating the family room. He is still very skittish so I am up early with just him to give him some "quiet time" to explore. Once the children are up it is anything but quiet! He had a brief introduction to Sadie the dog. Sadie was much more excited about it than he was! That will be a work in progress! (He is currently arched up as he has just caught his reflection in the glass of the tv stand...oh boy!!! Not sure about that!) He has spent the past 2 nights in his carrier. The first night he didn't make a peep but last night I moved him into the bathroom (in his carrier) and he had dumped food and litter everywhere by morning! I think we are on to plan B tonight! He spent the day at my Mom's (in her spare room). My husband and I work but he and the children will be home all summer week after next, so Grandma is babysitting (she also cares for my dog). She loves animals and is just across the street. He is eating a little on his own (his kibble but only when no one is around) and canned from a spoon. He is using his box well and I have an appointment at the Vet's tomorrow to have them check him out (also to validate his health guarantee). I am having difficulty posting pictures, it keeps telling me they are too large and I am not very computer savvy. Hopefully I will get it soon! I will keep you posted!
Ruthann,It sure sounds like you have everything under control.
Awww built in babysitter every parents dream!
My kids would have loved having Grandma across the street.when they were younger...I can see it now, if they didn,t like what was for dinner then there is always grandma a step away.
This sounds good for a start!!

And I just realize once more how very cheeky my boys are. They entered my place like they had always lived there... Even Ebony with two big brothers who were anything but happy to see him behaved like he ran the place Big Grin
So glad that Jasper is home and I'm sure things will quiet down after a while.

The best way to post pictures is to open a photobucket account (free) at http://www.photobucket.com. Then upload your pictures using the "large" setting (640 X 48). Once the picture is uploaded look underneath it for four lines of code. One of the lines of code is an IMG code. copy and paste that code into your thread. You can then preview your post and your picture should show up in the place of the code.

Good luck - we look forward to pics!!
