Hi everyone.
We are finally home with Mykah and what a lovebug he is. We really will not begin introductions for a tad. He goes to the vet today for his 1st wellness check.

We took him to visit mom in a home and all the workers had to come in and see him and he also playes with my 7 yr old great niece.

I have taken pictures but no time to download them. We are still on vacation but it will be in and out as I can't leave him.

I have a story to tell you about him in the hotel later.

Just wanted to say we are home with Mykah and loving every minute of it. He has gone visiting my neighbors but he holds on to me. He is a tad shyer than Zeke was but all kittens are different and his purr is not loud but he meows louder. It all equals out.

Now time to get moving so we are not late to the vet and yes my camera is ready to go too.
Oh this is great!! I can't wait to see and hear more about him Smile

Thats fabulous Paula, enjoy and we shall se you when ur finished that wonderful vaccation huh.
Our vacation was going to get Mykah and check on mom and then come home as I wanted to just stay home and run during the day.

My story...Well here we are at the hotel. There was so many wires and alot of places he could get into and we could not get him out so we let him play with us on the bed. When it was time to go to bed we made his bed in his new carrier we got from the breeder. Very roomy. Well about 5 or so he started to cry and being the momma I am I put him in bed with us. I put the cover on him and he got under it a tad. Then I woke up again and he was down a tad farther which was still all right. I woke up again asking James whom was asleep where Mykah was. He said by my leg and I said ok and went to sleep. I slept til about 9 and woke up and asked James where is Mykah. He replied I have no idea. Well by now the adrenalin(Sp) began to flow. Here are two mad people like in crazy looking everywhere we can think. I pulled my covers off and was shaking them and no luck. We searched in the bathroom and under the bed and in the dresser and under the couch and behind it and there was no baby to be found. By this time I am really getting into a panic. James pulled his covers down and nothing on his side which I had looked and he then pulled the foot of his side up which I had not done. There was the tiniest bump under all the covers and we took them all down to find this tiny thing that looked like we were nuts. He looked like a muskrat to me with his hair doing its own thing. I picked him up and told him now little one there is one rule in our home and that is to let Momma know where you are because if Momma ain't happy there will not be anyone happy. That ends my story with a happy ending but a scary and shaky beginning.

Still have not gotten pictures done as we did not get back home til almost 10 and then had to play with Mykah and then play with the others. I walked with Mykah out with the others. They hissed a little and Mykah growled and so I just sat down with him on my lap and he sat there for about 1/2 hr and the others came to see what I was doing and went on playing. Each day I do this til one day they just play together. I also will bring him out in his carrier tomorrow for a few minutes. A little each day works best for us and if we see there is a war brewing we put Mykah away in my room.

Well enough for now as I do not want to bore you all.

Oh vet appointment went well except he had a discharge from his eye thinking it is from stress from relocating..

Now that is it..
Hehehe the little rascal!! You can't bore us with your stories, don't worry Smile
My first birman hid behind the stove not long after he arrived. We searched the whole neighborhood before finding him two hours later Big Grin
