Who here doesn't enjoy a trip to Petsmart? Or any other pet store for that matter?

I was proud]\of]]]]]]]]] (sorry for typos...Pawla is insisting on helping with the telling of this story,
of my purchase.

Pawla and Grey were under the bed when I arrived home with it. Ian, my 15 year old son's friend said that he wanted to be a cat because they have such cool toys. The birds chirp. The top spins.

Pawla and Grey of course. They're not having anything to do with it. But.....my money was not wasted.











Ian might be getting a chirping bird carousel for Christmas this year.

Grey prefers the toys he finds on his own.



I had to take that last toy from him though as it is my last one and I need it. Maybe I should just buy them a box of tampons.

LOL!! What a great buy on a box! Fantastic - and they love it!! I mean who needs a scratcher with tweeting birds and a spinning top when there is a box to play with. Hope Ian likes his Christmas present!!!

That's too funny. Even in the animal baby world the box is more fun than the toy!! Great pics!!

I just made a play house for my baby when he comes home the end of July. I had a perfect box so I cut different size holes around it so we'll see what he does with it when he comes home. He's already spoiled and he isn't even here yet!!

Maybe they are just very astute kittens and know that the scratcher will still be there when the box is dead and gone. ;lol;

Isn't that just like a small child??? The box is more interesting than the expensive toy inside !!

Argh boxes always win... There is only one exception: when there is food in it Suddenly the box comes second!

I have three boxes lying around in the appartment. One has become a condo and they take turns to be in it (well Diwan thinks it's a little too small, but it's a huge hit with Cyrano and Ebony). The two other ones are smaller and great to carry around and bite in it... But I have been told by Cyrano that they are a little small, only Ebony fits in them

We got 2 of just the birds and my kitties love to make them go. We got them on clearance sale and had to travel over 200 miles to get home and all the way we kept hearing a bird. Hey we finally figured out where it was coming from. DUH! They love it and the pompoms Dorothy makes..
