i suggested a little while ago - maybe a thread for "non raggie related" topics? Just as a forum to break the cat talk but talk about events that we may still like to share with the forum?

Excellent idea...it will be added!

Since there are a lot of visitors coming here 'cause they're interested in getting a Ragdoll, an area where lay people can voice their concerns/experiences regarding specific breeders would be helpful. Both positive and negative comments could be very useful for someone shopping for a new Ragdoll.

Also, someone else suggested and I agree that a FAQ area where breeders could post things such as how to tell the difference between a purebred and mixed Rag and tips on how to select a breeder or how to best train a new kitten.

Unless this is off target with the intent.

Also, it be nice to see on the member profile whether the member is an active breeder, retired breeder or newbie to Ragdolls or long time Ragdoll lover.

Hi. I am brand new to the forum. I would like to add pics to my signature, but I can not find a way to do it. Is there somewhere within the forum describing how to accomplish this? What I was hoping to do was add the pics from a picture library that we have on our pc, but that doesn't seem to work. Thank you for any assistance you can give me.

Let me see if I can help you ,,,ok what I did is I went to the site that you posted If you scrol down (on webshots your site were your picture is),,, scrol down right hand side you will see something call,,,,,link to this picture I increase the size to 500 you will see something called post to forum ... left click to highlite and then right click and copy ... come over to are site and paste.
this size is ...600 very cute

This may be asking alot but I'm wondering if instead of having a thread for adding pictures in the gallery, if perhaps members could have their own albums? I do understand that this would take up bandwidth but I just love seeing the pictures that people post and keeping up to date with the new ones. If not, no probs. I just keep seeking them out

Thanks for the suggestion, but yes it would add to the storage and bandwidth requirements of the forum. This isn't a big money making operation as it is...we just cover the costs for the most part Maybe someday.

Thanks for the awesome work thus far and running a really informative and helpful forum!

I would like to make a suggestion for a section on the forum for "Reviews of Ragdoll/Cat Products"...

I've seen this on other websites and thought that would be a good platform for forum members to share their experiences about products that they have found helpful/unhelpful...

There have been many threads with really useful tips/advice but maybe it would be helpful to have forum members' advice/reviews in a section of the forum dedicated to raggie products
