Hi, my cat gave birth to 2 kittens sat 2nd may, one seems to be constantly feeding and the other hardley ever, you can see a difference in size after 24 hours of being born. The smaller one is blowing bubbles from it's nose most of the time.
Should i be concerned about either of these issues?
If anyone out there could help i'd be really grateful.

Take the kitten to the vet immediately. It sounds like a cleft palette.
