Hi everyone! My name is Bridgette, and i will finally be getting my little Emma on april 7th. I am sooo excited, it seems like april 7th will never be here! I have no other pets, and have never had a ragdoll before. But i have been researching this particular breed for about 5 months now, and instantly fell in love. My husband and I went and met her last monday, and it was love at first sight. She is a seal tortie with a white blaze like a bicolor (and verrry beautiful i must add). Anyway, i am ecstatic that i stumbled accross this sight, and look forward to talking to everyone. Since i will be new at being a mommy to a ragdoll, i would greatly appreciate *any* advice! Thankyou!!
Hello Bridgette and Welcome to the Forum. How exciting for you. Emma will be with you in just a few days. I'm looking forward to seeing her pictures. I'm still waiting for my baby to be born so I can be a ragdoll mom too. Waiting is so hard. From everything I hear you are going to LOVE being a ragdoll mom!! Congrats to you & your husband!! Dorothy
Hi Bridgette and welcome to the forum!! How wonderful - only another week to wait for Emma to come home. Do you have any pics you can share with us in the meantime?
Hi and Welcome! I am very excited for you. Kittens are sooo much fun...everything they do is just amazing. My only advice is take tons of pictures! LOL I wasn't as camera happy as I am now and I only wish I had more of my fuzzbucket when he was just a little bit. She will grow fast (as is Raggie nature) so make sure you capture those steps along the way!

Welcome to the forum. I know how hard it is counting the days until you bring Emma home. Congratulations.
Hi, Bridgette welcome to the forum.
Happy you find us, hope you stay around and have some fun.
My advice is don't do what I did.I went and bought a cute little pink purse carrying case.
Cello was out before we were out of breeders driveway.

If you don't have a case yet buy a good sturdy one.
Ask your breeder what kind of kitty litter she is using and what she is feeding. My breeder gave me some for a week or so.You can change litter and food a little at a time .It's best not to change anything at first till she adjust. The rest is easy lots of love
