I am so amazed and happy! This will be my first time owning a Ragdoll and I can't wait to see my new precious little girl in person for the first time! She is a beautiful 4 month old blue seal lynx bicolor named Holly. I live in california so it took me a while to find just the right breeder, but when i saw this little kitten's picture and read her bio I could not stop looking at her. So I contacted the breeder and she was still available! Well, not anymore tho I suppose ;P So now for the past week I've been trying to think of everything to make the transition as smooth as possible. I live in a house, but do work, so i planned on making her room inside of my room. Do you think she will mind being in one room for a couple of hours, its pretty big and will have her food, water, toys, bed, litter box and a window perch?
P.S. Here are a few pictures from the breeder that I have.
Thanks Everyone! I look forward to many more hours as a now registered member here =)

Welcome to the forum! Your little girl is simply adorable and I love her name. I'm fairly new to the Ragdoll breed too, as Mystee is the first one I've had and she just turned 6 months old; I simply love her. From what I've read, they recommend keeping a new kitten in a smaller space with all of their things close by them, so I think your baby will do just fine with the way you have things planned. Some others on the forum are breeders and they are good at giving advice on things the rest of us need help with, so you've come to the right place....snowflake
Welcome to the Forum Becky!! Holly is beautiful. I live in California too. I'm still waiting for my precious little one to be born. Waiting is so hard!!

Welcome.
It must be seal or blue, not blue and seal both. (I assume you just started out writing blue and forgot to remove the false start. ; )) By the looks of the tail, she is a seal lynx bicolor.
Your plan sounds good and it is advisable to start with a small space (a family member's bedroom is a great choice) and then introduce the kitten to more space and more of the household based on her comfort and adjustment to where she is so far.
Enjoy the process.
Welcome and I am awaiting my first. His name is Ezekial but we call him Zeke. He is a flame and as time approaches I get more excited.
I have his room all most completed. He will actually have 2. One during the day and then he goes to my bedroom of a night so I can hear and make sure he is doing well.
Again congrats and your pictures are simply wonderful.
Starting the kitten in the bedroom with you at night will make him more comfortable and make it more likely to have him sleep with you thereafter, which is a blessing (except for the alarm clock syndrome at daybreak or earlier).
Becky- Congratulations on your new baby, and welcome to the forum.
Hi Becky!! Holly is just beautiful - congratulations -- I can see why her pics might have stolen your heart on the website. Sounds like you have a great plan for bringing her home.
Oh, congratulations! That must be so exciting. I hope everything goes smoothly for you two.
Becky, welcome to the forum and Holly is a doll baby.
Love to see more pictures after you get her home.
Your plans sound great for Holly.
You can play some soft music when he needs to be left alone to help comfort him.
