Carson is a beautiful blue mitted boy and ragdoll or not he is a flopper
He definitely flops! I'll walk into the room and he'll be completely spread out flat on his back with his legs stretched out...it's very entertaining!
He looks like a Blue Point Birman to me. They have coloured chins and small socks on their back legs unlike the raggies. But I doubt he is full Birman.
