Hello everyone,

I finally brought my little seal point baby home on Christmas Eve. I would have posted sooner, but I was too busy taking care of her and bonding. I love her to death already!

At first she cried a lot and tried to hide in little dark corners. She really misses her litter mates. She was from a large one of eight kittens. She is so tiny I think she is the runt of the litter. Actually there was one other one as small as she is.

Today she became really playful/borderline crazy :-). She was racing around and showing funny antics. Her crying reduced a lot, but she still does it every time she wakes up from sleeping.

I will take pictures as soon as she lets me. She is so wiggly :-)

Have a Good Night!
aww congrats on bringing your new baby home Smile what did you call her?
That's great! Congratulations!! I look forward to seeing the pictures.
What a great Christmas gift!! Can't wait to see pics.
Well,

after a lot of trouble deciding on a name, we decided to call her Miley!

She will turn 10 weeks old tomorrow on New Years Eve!
She is so playful, and has bouts of kitty crazy moments.

She is fully used to her new home now, and is very happy and playful. She loves to sit on my shoulder, and watch me use the computer. :-)

Too bad my digital camera just broke. I will take pictures as soon as I get another one or get this one fixed. I will stick with an old one from when she was a baby for now.

Cheers,
Nattie
Oh, she's adorable! Congratulations!
Congrats!
Thanks,

Her mask has gotten much darker already. It completely surrounds her eyes. Do you think that is too fast?

Anyways, she will be 11 weeks on Wednesday. She is very animated and downright funny. She brings such a different kind of joy to my life.

My husband was never fond of cats, and was hesitant when I wanted to get one. Now he's a changed man. He loves her! Yeay! I was hoping to convert him.

Today was the first day I got back to work since Christmas Eve. It was terribly hard leaving her at home. I wish I could take her everywhere with me. I really would like to get her a playmate, so she stays out of trouble while I'm away at work.

I think I am totally in love and addicted to Ragdolls!

PS. Sorry for the long rant Big Grin
There is no set timeline for the development of points. Just enjoy the process of change, which is part of the fun of pointed cats. Your instinct to get a feline playmate is a good one. Cats love feline company and Ragdolls are particularly fond of it.
