ok can someone please explain what are the correct markings for a seal bi color believe it or not we are looking at one that has just come up for sale but I am unsure in the bi colors what are good markings
are the feet supposed to be mitted, what colour should legs be? etc nose and chin area?
any help or advise gratefully received
Legs should be white, no mitts or anything. Nose pink. Chin white.
I have a deposit down for a show marked seal bicolour, and they are hard to come across, hard to breed exactly right. So most likely they will be selling you a mismarked bicolour to a pet home; nothing wrong with that unless your going to show her/him.
Good Luck!
The bicolor has white legs and feet, front and back - no mittens. He will have an inverted V of white on the face without spots in the white. Therefore, the nose and chin are pink and white, respectively. The V should be even and should not be outside the outside edges of the eyes on either side. There will be a blanket (saddle) of color on the back, but this may not be obvious for a kitten. The chest and underside are white.
It looks as though we are all thinking the same thing!. Are you guys thinking of getting another raggie?. Since Paul ( my brother ) got Toby Ive been really clucky to get another one, the only thing that is stopping me right now is the whole hair everywhere scenario x 2!. And Im too sure about having 2 litter boxes. hmmmmmm not sure what to do?
cheers Rachael
Oh my...I got my first raggie, then I felt that it was not enough and got another. Now....I am thinking about getting the third one. It is true when they say that ragdolls are like chips, you can't just have one

Yes, I do have 2 litter boxes and I get more hair off my couch and carpet than I used to before. But oh, well they worth it. And actually their hair is not to bad to clean - I just wet my fingers and kind of wipe or rub the surface and all the hair gets on my fingers....You know what I mean. I also found a good vacuum that picks up very good - and I am good to go.

HI Everyone... just popping in quickly. Hope everyone had a great Holiday season.
But, what I was told, that no one has mentioned... and maybe it was wrong, is that the color on the face is supposed to be symmetrical and should fully cover the eyes. Is this correct?
Dolly's are not symmetrical and one does not cover the eye completely, only half (her left, right side of the picture). She's a "Pet Quality"
She also has the goatee too... Like Enzo

, spots on the back of three legs and a small patch of white on her right ear. Just can't see all that in these pics.
