This morning we woke up to the first snowfall of the year!!

Monty is our intrepid Snow tiger and he loves to explore the white stuff!!
You gotta tread carefully ........


Look !!! its nearly up to my Ruff!!!!!!



Wooooo .... its cold on your paws after a few mins and i don't want to get my lovely tail wet!!!!



Time to make a jump out of this stuff and back into the warm!!!!

The wonderful Monty Man! I love that tail all fluffed out - of course he doesn't want it to get wet. Wish I could read their minds when they're faced with something like snow.

We live in Durham City UK and Cosmo also had his first experience with snow this morning, wasn't sure what to make of it at first, but he soon settled and even plucked up enough courage to take a pounce in to deep snow at a robin, good job i had his lead on, think the robin had him worked out anyway and knew exactly how close to let Cosmo get!

Freya loves the snow too, we haven't had much this year and she has to be watched carefully or she will try her best to get out of the yard.

Oh it was all of 4 mins that the brave Monty was out there !!! ha ha ha !!! but as the snow brings sooooo much bright light into the house, he is so curious so we let him out ............. I wrapped him in a warm blankie and stroked his little paws once he was in !!!!! and had a little hot chocolate for me, it was cold out there with the camera!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

wow he's a truly beautiful baby!!! I love his color! Also the picture makes me miss the snow...This winter is the warmest winter I've had in my entire life...

I think I'd also run inside to get out of the cold.....I'm not fond of the cold, but snow is very beautiful to look at.

That snow is pretty deep on his little legs. His pretty coloring really shows up in the snow. I don't like to be out in the cold but the hot chocolate sounds like a good way to warm up while snuggling with Monty.
