What a lucky day -- Charlie'sMom is bringing Jackson home. Paul will get to see Madison again. And I might be getting a Raggie 6 months early! I learned about a "senior" Raggie (sealpoint) who needs a good home. I made a strong case for him and I'm getting more info today. This just feels right, which is funny since I'm not very spontaneous as a rule -- I'm a big planner & was actually giving myself 6 months to prepare and save up for a kitten or young adult in the spring/summer. Cross your paws!

My wife and I are taking a 4 hour drive tomorrow to look at a litter at KassleDolls to see if one fits us. The kittens will not be ready till mid December sometime, which is good, because I know I will be ready by then.
Looks like a good week for finding new companions.

Oh Noble - I think it's wonderful that you may be getting an older ragdoll. Both of mine are retired breeders that I got when they were past kittenhood, and still they have so much love to give!! I do hope that everything works out for you - you won't be sorry!!
Chris - have a safe trip, and do take your camera just in case you do select one - you'll want to have pics from the first time you saw it (plus you can share with us!)

No news about my geriatric kitty yet
