Christina and Paul&Gregg,
I am sharing your excitement with you on the arrivals of your gorgeous new furrbabies,
I was also very nervous about the intro,
I so didnt want to upset my lovely girl Nikita,
Slow and graduall with showing lots of attention to the resident Raggie was how I did it, also using lots of tips from the intro suggestions from the lovely experienced on this forum (thank you),

Nikita and Toby are absolute best friends now, one could not do without the other now, I hope they still need me
Good luck bringing home your kitties,
Remember the forum rules, lots and lots and lots of pics

Oooh, how exciting!! Best of luck - can't wait to see pictures!!

Christina, Paul and Gregg,
It is all like xmas morning. So exciting. Wishing you all the best.
I can postiively say it was the best thing I did. Hammy and Lilo are soooo funny together.
Benefits are
1) They put on hilarious shows for you when playing together.
2) Where one is not in the mood for a cuddle the other is. Where one does not sleep with you the other one does. And visa versa. 3) They get rough with each other in play instead of getting that wild eye look and chasing you around the house. (Hammy)
4) They are SOO happy to have each other to play with and that makes them more contented (if possible).
All the best. and lots and lots of photos. Jo-Ann

wow congrats to both Christina on finally bringing Jack home love the name can't wait to see pictures ......
And congrats to Paul and Gregg on the arrival of Maddison gee the stork has been very busy on this forum in the past month or so..........
maybe there is something in the water LOL

Boy the butterflies are getting bad! I was so tempted to ask Gregg if he wanted to go pick her up tonight... but think we should just stick to the plan. That way they have half the day to get accustomed to each other.
I really don't think I'd be this anxious/nervous if we were picking up another ragdoll. At least then I'd have an idea of what we were getting ourselves into. Also, I had always wanted another Ragdoll, so I suppose I'm wondering if we're making a mistake an if we shouldn't just hold out for another Ragdoll.
Well, I'll post pics tomorrow afternoon
Paul
Other cats truly can be just as loving as ragdolls. Remember it was really a moggie that brought me to love ragdolls because he acted like one (didn't hurt that he looked like one either - but your Maddy is adorable). I don't think you're making a mistake, I think you just have the normal butterflies - things happen for a reason - and you found Maddy by a series of interesting circumstances...
yeah. I know... Just cold feet I think. She really was cute when we saw her and the foster mom says she's a real character... not sure what that means, but I'm looking forward to seeing her and getting to know her.
it's just another big move for us.
