hi all,

had a bit of a nightmare this weekend Vinnie our dog was having his usual morning of being chased by Enzo around the house, which usually entails vinnie running around while enzo finds a suitable prech to jump onto his back and the holds on for as long as possible!

ufortunately on saturday enzo decided to jump from the top of the stairs while vinnie was running down them

after an almight crash at the bottom of the stairs enzo has escaped intact but vinnie has damaged his knee ligaments. he is at home at the moment but we need to keep him as still as possible in the hope that it will repair itself (the vet says it probably wont) so 2 trips to the vets so far (£200) and the prospect of an operation another £700 and they still wont stop trying to run around!!

so enzo is offically a dog slayer!!

Oh no! Poor Vinnie. How will you ever get him to stay still? What a cute picture! Big Grin Tell that Enzo to lay low for a few days! LOL

Moe sneaks up and jumps at our dog at least once a day too. Jensen doesn't run from him though so it's a stationary leap at usually his neck and then Moe takes off at break-neck speeds! Rolleyes Jensen appears as though he could care less about the whole event...just as long as his "pack" is together...and a few dog biscuits come his way!

I hope Vinnie feels better soon! Smile
Oh no!! I hope Vinnie's knee heals up quickly and you get to avoid the surgery. Enzo is just going to have to give him a rest!
O no! Life is never boring when you have boys they play so hard even those four legged ones.
Amada, that is a cute picture of the two boys.
its like trying to stop the tide getting either vinnie to stay still or enzo to leave him alone!!

i have tried splitting them up but they both cry i may have to tie them both up together!! (only joking)

i completely get what you are saying about boys jellybean, i feel so outnumbered in this house me and five boys!! i definitely need a girl to start evening things up.

Aww poor Vinnie.... I sure can imagine it's hard to keep them from playing around - and nearly impossible to keep them quiet! We keep all our paws crossed for Vinnies recovery... all the best
Oh, I sure hope Vinnie heals quickly. Poor guy. Look on the bright side.... you could have had vet expenses for BOTH of them.
Thanks everyone

Vinnnie seems to be holding up well and has almost stopped limping now so fingers crossed that he will be fine

and no it hasnt stopped them running around the house together i have just made the stairs off limits now
