Solo is so curious about what is behind the door in Chronos' room, so is Coco actually haha.
I was bad..... I let Chronos take a look at Solo (didn't let them in the room together, just let them look at each other) and Solo as usual is very curious, but Chronos puffed up and was hissing! I had no idea that a little baby this young would act this way! The good thing at least is that he didn't run, he showed some interest but I think he was just scared. Solo is a big cat, he is bigger than Coco hehe.
Oh man I am just so worried about them possibly not getting along later

Don't worry yet, keep them apart for a bit. The kitten is just reacting. Do the switch rooms etc get Chronos used to Solo's smell. I am sure it will be fine
It is a worry, you just want them all to get along. Coco hated Snowdrop for a long while but its all good now. What did Solo do? Funny seeing a little kitten behave this way. I'm sure they'll be fine in the long run

Solo just looked at him, like "what is this little pip squeak?" He was cautious, but slowly kept wanting to get closer to get a good sniff. I do not plan on letting them get close until next week or so, but yesterday I just wanted them to see each other so they know that others are around.
I want to reassure you that it's okay, the hissing from the kitten is a normal thing and doesn't mean they won't get along. My rescue kittens were hissing a few weeks ago when they met my big cats too, so funny to see them all arched up and hissing, and it did not faze the big cats much. I think it's an instinct, inborn into the kittens to help keep them alive in the wild, and I think as humans we can't help but feel slightly alarmed when our furkids are hissing or growling, but it is often just part of normal communication during introductions.
I am so glad Solo did not take it personally.

I know it's a worry, and you can trust that you are doing it right to go slow and steady with the introductions, and kind of let the animals "tell" you what they can handle.
Gussie hissed and moaned and arched when first introduced to Blue, and later Linus. I worried they would not be friends. It happened slowly, each day getting better than the next. Try not to let it stress you for cats can pick up on it. Don't worry, before you know it they will be playing together, and all will be fine.
Even when outcomes are negative, worry is just time wasted. I am certain that all will be fine. Think positive! You are doing everything right, they just need some time.
i read that while introducing a kitten its good to take a damp cloth whipe it on chrono's face then take the same cloth and wipe it on solo's body and his toys and vice versa i hope they get along
Just take it super slow. With my two introductions, I stretched it out over a week--all the cloth rubbing, room exchanging, and playing with a feather in a crack in the door. Treat them both on opposite sides of the door at the same time. (You'll need a helper for that, probably.)
is jaspur a moggie? he looks like a pretty cool cat
