Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) - the international basis for other time zones.
Same time as for GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) and Zulu time.
Note that United Kingdom is not on GMT during summer.

Little Rock, Arkansas USA Central time zone. Evening.
Anaheim Calif USA Pacific time zone early afternoon or evening.
Milwaukee, WI USA, central time, any weekday evening or Sunday afternoon
Jacksonville, AL, central time, usually evenings are best.
Eastern time zone.
I'll work around what ever is best for everyone else.
So that is the North American people - who are the easiest to do - where are our overseas people that have different days yet lol that make it harder to co-ordinate?
Weekends in the evenings for me would work out better, say between 21h00 - 22h00 (our time zone is CAT).
Perhaps sometimes in an afternoon, but again weekends only.
